OPERATIONAL READINESS ACTIVATION & TRANSITION

ORAT

Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) is a structured framework that may be applied to de-risk the introduction of new airport and airbase infrastructure into service.

ORAT methodologies may also be used to support the transformation of current operations due to the introduction of new systems and technology, or support an organisational response to changing regulations, security requirements or other external factors.

An ORAT project is overseen by a team of experienced subject matter experts who work directly with airport/airbase stakeholders. Monumental Projects is part of a global ORAT community and has the ability mobilise and manage global specialists to supplement our Australian-based resources.

We manage change across all affected stakeholders within airports, airlines and military air operators, operations and emergency staff, air navigation service providers, ground handlers, maintenance teams and external service providers.

We are skilled in the establishment of ORAT Governance, ORAT strategy development and ORAT program design. Our clients benefit from transferable lessons learned between our Civil and Defence aviation clients and our refined processes and
